The St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation exists to strengthen healthcare for the people of Southeast Saskatchewan by supporting St. Joseph’s Hospital in three key ways:
Building Community Goodwill
We foster a strong connection between the hospital and the community it serves, ensuring that healthcare remains a shared priority.Raising Essential Funds
Through donations, grants, gifts, and other initiatives, we secure funding that enables the hospital to grow and thrive. All fundraising is conducted in alignment with the Non-Profit Corporations Act and relevant provincial and federal laws.Advancing Healthcare in the Southeast
While the province funds hospital operations, it provides very limited support for capital purchases, physician recruitment, and facility upgrades. This leaves critical needs—like new technology, modern equipment, and building maintenance—unmet. The Foundation bridges this gap.
Because the Foundation is funded 100% by public donations, every contribution directly impacts healthcare in our region. Your generosity helps ensure that St. Joseph’s Hospital can keep pace with advancements in medicine, attract and retain physicians, and continue delivering high-quality care close to home. Together, we are shaping a healthier, stronger future for our community.

We are so grateful for the incredible support that we receive each and every year. St. Joseph’s Hospital is a place that we all associate ourselves with in some way. Our generous donors play a huge part in allowing our community to receive the best medical care possible, right here at home.
This past year, we were able to support our hospital with large equipment purchases and expansion of services, which allowed upgrades in multiple departments at St. Joseph’s Hospital. This is all thanks to you and just shows how strong our community truly is.
At the end of the day, St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation is a true example of community. It is all of us, coming together to support something that we all value and that’s local healthcare.
