The Project Tomorrow: Youth Ambassadors Program is a St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation initiative whose mission is to inspire youth to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives while supporting St. Joseph’s Hospital through fundraising and awareness building. Compromising of high school students, the program will not only provide the students with an understanding of the importance of giving back to the local community, but also that tomorrow can be shaped by our efforts and actions today.
Things we will do:
Exclusive Access – Get a behind the scenes look at our hospital. Meet doctors and staff and learn about everything that goes into making St. Joseph’s Hospital what it is today.
Patient Interaction – Hang out with our residents in Long Term Care, deliver gifts to patients in Unit A and help us show appreciation for the hundreds of staff that work at the hospital.
Support – Take part in fundraising initiatives and help us fund new equipment and programming in our hospital.
The first meeting will be September 19 at 4 p.m. at the St. Joseph’s Hospital.
